Kulinaria keeps its finger on the pulse of the times, developing its own gastronomy concepts inspired by international food trends. The goal is to respond to excellent locations with the right concept and exceptional interior designs. Kulinaria sees fast casual dining as a solution to meet today’s customer expectations. Kulinaria creates fast and at the same time fresh food with systematic concepts and consistent use of high-quality ingredients.

To date, Kulinaria has implemented two concepts. Burrito District brings the US TexMex food trend to Switzerland with burritos and tacos in the middle of Zurich’s Old Town; and ONA POKÉ takes up a current market trend with Hawaiian Poké Bowls, already operating two successful locations in Zurich.
