What you do with us
For the next growth phase we are looking for a Space Host (f/m) to strengthen our team. You will be the first point of contact for our members and their guests and will thus take on an important representative function. As a host, you will make a significant contribution to ensuring that around 400 members feel comfortable at Headsquarter every day and that all processes run smoothly.
The following activities fall within your scope of work
- Reception of our members and their guests, as well as support with incoming questions and requests ("trouble shooting in the space")
- Maintenance and design of a perfect working environment for our members (tidiness, cleanliness, functionality) across all working areas.
- Quality assurance of the "workspace experience" of our members
- Hosting our members to ensure an attractive working environment on a daily basis
- Administrative work such as mail service, administration of badges and management of the online booking tool
- Project management with external service providers and suppliers
- Co-organisation of internal and external events and creation of communication material
What you bring with you
- At least three years of professional experience, preferably in a hospitality or reception role in the hotel or event industry
- Completed vocational training (preferably specialised training in the hotel / catering industry)
- An open-minded, outgoing and energetic personality with a stylish appearance
- Distinct understanding of service with solution-oriented thinking
- High degree of diligence, independence, ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to take on responsibility and ability to work in a team
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
