Headsquarter designs and operates tailor-made, high-end co-working spaces as a service (Office as a Service) for local and international companies, which meet the highest standards of flexibility, design and services.

A little insight in advance: Our Space in Motion

For the next growth phase we are looking for a Space Host (f/m) to strengthen our team. You will be the first point of contact for our members and their guests and will thus take on an important representative function. As a host, you will make a significant contribution to ensuring that around 400 members feel comfortable at Headsquarter every day and that all processes run smoothly.

The following activities fall within your scope of work

Reception of our members and their guests, as well as support with incoming questions and requests ("trouble shooting in the space")

Maintenance and design of a perfect working environment for our members (tidiness, cleanliness, functionality) across all working areas.

Quality assurance of the "workspace experience" of our members

Hosting our members to ensure an attractive working environment on a daily basis

Administrative work such as mail service, administration of badges and management of the online booking tool

Project management with external service providers and suppliers

Co-organisation of internal and external events and creation of communication material


At least three years of professional experience, preferably in a hospitality or reception role in the hotel or event industry 

Completed vocational training (preferably specialised training in the hotel / catering industry)

An open-minded, outgoing and energetic personality with a stylish appearance

Distinct understanding of service with solution-oriented thinking

High degree of diligence, independence, ability to work under pressure 

Willingness to take on responsibility and ability to work in a team

Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

Alessia Buttolo is the Community Manager at HeadsQuarter. 

Whether it's workshops, sip & paint events or a karaoke night, Alessia promises events for all members every month.Her aim is to strengthen the community and bring diversity to the workspaces through various projects and events. Thanks to her multicultural background, she speaks four and a half languages. In addition to her work at HeadsQuarter, Alessia can be found on various stages or heard on the radio under the stage name "Mercee". 

Ariv is more than just apartments. It's about community and giving our guests an easy introduction to Switzerland. A sense of togetherness combined with privacy and a relaxed atmosphere. A perfect combination - suitable for everyone's needs.

Michela Pittaluga holds a PhD in Art from the Courtauld Institute in London and has over 15 years of experience in the luxury industry. Her career focuses on promoting innovation, digital transformation, and growth in rapidly expanding companies. Prior to becoming CMO at beyoul, she served as the Business Unit Director of Art at YSDS, an international logistics company, and as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Arcual, an MCH group company. Michela is responsible for Ariv's commercial strategy.

My goal at Ariv is to provide the best possible support to our local members in all aspects of daily life and to create an enjoyable atmosphere for all.

It remains an unsolved mystery what it takes to put Patrick in a bad mood - no one has managed to do so yet. If this Zurich native isn't out engaging in sports or savoring culinary delights, you're certain to find him at one of the HeadsQuarter locations, looking after the well-being of all members and employees.

Patrick's well-rounded qualities can be attributed to his diverse experience as a host in countries such as China, South Africa, and Switzerland, as well as to his studies at the Swiss Hotel Management School in Lucerne.

Thomas founded and managed, together with a second founding member, Artum AG Holding, a Swiss industrial group which, after 10 years of development, was sold to a Swedish industrial holding company and subsequently listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. Previously, he held various positions as key account manager, executive board member and CEO in international and nationally oriented companies in various industries. Thomas is a board member of Aquilas and advises us on the appropriate direction and development opportunities for our ventures.

Anthony found his way to Aquilas directly after completing his Master's degree in Business Innovation at the HSG. Shaped by a deep passion for startups and his own entrepreneurial experience, Anthony is responsible for scouting new business models and initial concept developments. His forward thinking and strong interest in new trends gives him the edge he needs to keep his finger on the pulse.

After 12 years of leadership experience in telecommunications and banking, Dana has taken an exciting new step as co-founder of Boavista AG. Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and guided by her MBA journey, her commitment as CEO lies in driving the company's growth through innovative technology solutions.

Andreas is the Managing Director of Transaction Partner AG and has extensive experience in over 250 company sales and succession projects. Previously, he was Co-founder and Managing Director of Business Broker AG, CFO of Schmidt Automotive in Italy and Poland (now Aebi-Schmidt) and Senior Consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. Andreas makes a valuable contribution as a member of Aquilas' Board of Directors to ensure a successful future.

When he's not hitting the ski slopes or paddling the Atlantic, Mario builds disruptive start-ups for Switzerland and is responsible for Aquilas' partnerships.

After his degree in Digital Innovation & Entrepreneurial Leadership and several years in the finance industry, he decided to start a second career with us. Because who needs a Rolex when you can have disruptive business models?

No path too far, no mountain too high, no adventure too great - Christian loves challenges, both professionally and privately, whether on a racing bike, in the preparation of culinary delights or in the development of business units in Southeast Asia.

He can always rely on his strategic compass, which he acquired during his studies at the HSG and his positions in management consulting and in two large Swiss companies. 

At Aquilas, he uses this compass to optimally put our innovative driving force on the road.

After gaining experience in communications in various fields, such as the NGO sector and the music industry, she is now the driving force behind the social marketing for Aquilas and our start-up companies. Having grown up internationally in four countries and with an academic background including a BA in Communication and Social Sciences and a MSc in Digital Business Administration (BFH), Nicole brings the necessary sensitivity for diverse markets.

Reto Schleier is an experienced entrepreneur who studied economics and business administration at the Universities of Zurich and St. Gallen. He has worked in the start-up industry for almost a decade, building successful teams and founding new companies. Reto is co-founder and former Managing Partner of Aquilas Company Builder, where he led various projects including the co-living venture Ariv, was CEO of a fast-growing restaurant chain and holds various board mandates. 

Reto currently leads strategy and real estate at beyoul. When he is not working, Reto can often be found running or mountaineering in the mountains in summer and skiing in Flims, his second home, in winter.

Domi is a true all-rounder. “Can't” just isn’t a word for him. He takes on the role of machinist at Aquilas. He also brings his talent in engineering and digitalisation to the company. In his free time, you can see him whiz through the city with a fishing rod, on the love of his life – his bike. He’s probably the only person who takes all his holidays as half-days – so he can enjoy a good morning of fishing of course.

As co-founder of Aquilas, he keeps an eye on all projects like an eagle and indicates the direction of flight. He is a passionate observer of trends and social developments. Enthusiastic about the process of creating a company, he is the instigator of projects and transforms visions into reality.

Alejandra Abad is the Director of Investor Relations at Aquilas and is responsible for building long-term relationships. She is a graduate of EHL Hospitality Business School Lausanne, speaks six languages, and has years of experience in hospitality, real estate investment and event management.  When not working, she can be found painting, organizing events and dancing.

Our walking encyclopaedia and communication designer. After her design studies at Mainz University of Applied Sciences and a Master's degree in Editorial Design at the Burg Giebichenstein Academy of Art, Heike found her way to Zurich after working in Berlin, Darmstadt and Halle. Now she works as a professional for everything printed and snapped at Aquilas and, together with Kilian Perrin, is responsible for the most beautiful Photoshop-Phillip moments in the office.

After successfully completing his studies and starting his career in the big canton, Martin has looked after numerous well-known clients in recent years as a managing partner on the agency side, gaining many exciting insights behind the scenes of the "big players". He is now using this to ignite the next rocket stage at Aquilas Marketing. Thanks to his Baden composure™, even the tightest deadlines don't make him sweat.

Holding a bachelor's degree in political science with specialization in political economy and geography at the University of Zurich, Laura pursued a career in the social impact field, working in international organizations such as Médecins Sans Frontières and United Nations. After her entrepreneurship saga, where she took the lead in piloting a successful NGO, Laura decided to change her path and add a new adventure to her resume. The experiences and achievements acquired on her journey have led her to Aquilas, to serve as Investor Relations Coordinator, orchestrating investment symphonies and supporting the numbers dance.

As a venture architect with over 6 years of start-up experience in ventures such as Bionic, Ariv, beyoul and Nidino, Kilian can draw on a wealth of experience. His main tasks include systematically conceptualizing and validating new start-ups, including their ramp-up.

His academic background includes an M.Sc. in Business Development & Promotion from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Besides his fascination for new business models, Kilian is an avid karaoke singer, much to the chagrin of his teammates.
